| Can I use Rapid Room Finder when I don't have access to the Internet? |
| Yes you can. Call our sales line on 08450 55 72 44 and one of our customer representatives will help you find the accommodation you are looking for. |

| Why do I need to provide my credit/charge card details? |
| Your credit/charge card details are taken to secure and pay for your reservation. The accommodation provider will charge your card in the local currency. |

| What credit/charge cards do the accommodation providers accept? |
| Most will accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express |
  |
| When and how do I pay for my room booking? |
| You pay for your booking after we have confirmed your room(s) availability to you. Most establishments accept the above credit/charge cards but for those that do not we will make alternative arrangements. |

| Is my credit/debit card number safe? |
| Yes. The card details are encrypted and stored on a safe website. The encryption process used is the most complex available and it uses SSL (secure socket layer technology). |

| How is my booking confirmed? |
| Your booking will be confirmed by e-mail to your specified e-mail address and will contain all of your booking details. It will also contain the terms and conditions for your chosen establishment, including their cancellation policy. |

| How do I cancel a booking I have made? |
| Call one of our customer service representatives on our sales line - 08450 55 72 44, and they will cancel the booking for you. This must be confirmed in writing within 48hours |

| What are the cancellation terms? |
| These are all different and specific to each establishment. Our service representative will do their best to obtain the maximum refund. |

| How do I find my hotel once I arrive there? |
| With your booking confirmation there will be a contact telephone number and e-mail address for the accommodation establishment so you can obtain accurate directions from them. Make sure you take your confirmation with you. |

| Who has access to my personal information? |
| Rapid Room Finder does NOT pass your details to any other organisation. The only details Rapid Room Finder passes on to your confirmed accommodation are those necessary to complete the booking. |

| Will I get the room on the dates I have requested? |
Some romantic rooms are so popular they are booked constantly, but by being very flexible with your dates and giving us plenty of lead time we can usually succeed.
If the date is not flexible then we will need as much lead time as you can give us. For other rooms we only have problems at specific times, e.g. fall in New England, or sporting events e.g. the Indianapolis 500.

| If you are looking for something specific with regards to the accommodation such as jacuzzi's or hot tubs or in the local area such as close to ski centres, fishing,sailing etc, then simply type in what you are looking for and we will show you the properties that claim to accommodate your request. |

| What is the "View Saved B&B's" button for? |
| Because we are booking by specific room(s) we need you to enter the room(s) you would like, in favourite first order, along with acceptable dates. This "View Saved B&B's" button gives you the opportunity to review your selections before transmitting them to us. |

| I am a B&B / Inn / Hotel, how do I register my establishment with Rapid Room Finder? |
| Go to the Rapid Room Finder homepage at www. rapidroomfinder.com and select Register on our site from the top tool bar. Then complete all the required information. |
