PRICE AND AVAILABILITY

Although the prices quoted were accurate at the time the data was entered by the accommodation providers, we will not be able to confirm the exact prices until after confirmation from the accommodation providers.

All prices are per room per night, including all applicable taxes and except where specified will also include breakfast for two people.

Alterations and/or cancellation will be subject to the accommodation providers’ terms and conditions, which will be provided to you on confirmation of your booking.

Because of the variation in accommodations Terms and Conditions it is imperative that you have obtained Travel Insurance covering you in the eventuality of cancellation.

Most accommodations have child age restrictions so please read their details carefully before attempting to book.

Most accommodations have a NO SMOKING ban within their premises. Any that allow smoking will have indicated in their site details. A cautionary note, most accommodations apply a refurbishment fee for fumigating and re-dressing the room in the event of a guest smoking. These fees appear to start at $65 upwards – you have been warned.

PAYMENT

Your credit card or charge card details that you supplied on our secure system will be provided to the accommodation providers in accordance with our privacy policy, on confirmation of your reservation.

No payments will be taken by Rapid Room Finder Limited or Spider Soup Limited. Our companies and web sites operate on an agency basis. This means that the contract for supply of accommodation is between you and the supplier, whose Terms and Conditions will be provided with your confirmation of booking. We have NO contractual liability to you in respect of the accommodation chosen by you.

Any additional services (evening meals, ski hire etc) are to be paid direct to the supplier at the point of receipt.

CONFIRMATION

You must ensure that the information provided on the reservation form is correct, as this will form the basis of your booking and agreement with the accommodation providers.

If the accommodation(s) are available and your credit card or charge card have been successfully authenticated then we will confirm your booking by e-mail.

Alterations or cancellations should be made as soon as possible to lessen the charges that the accommodation providers will apply. We will not be liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of your failure to advise us of your requested alterations or cancellation of your reservation.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

We will not accept any liability for any losses that you suffer as a result of any breach of our agreement except those losses that are a foreseeable consequence of such a breach.

We will not accept any liability for business losses such as lost data, lost profits or loss of business that you may incur as a result of a breach of this agreement.

COMPLAINTS

If you have any complaints about the accommodation bring it up with your host at the time, do not wait until you get home. If the mater remains unresolved we will attempt to act as an intermediary but under no circumstances will we be held liable.

All complaints must be transmitted to Rapid Room Finder Limited or Spider Soup Limited by e-mail or post within 24 hours of the complaint.

Rapid Room Finder Limited or Spider Soup Limited will acknowledge receipt of the complaint by return and will respond within 14 days.

If you are unsatisfied by the response from our customer services then you may take your complaint to the Managing Director.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights.

FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS
